From Friday, the major cheese factories on Lesvos are resuming operations, according to a decision by the Association of Cheese Producers on the island. This development comes after assurances from the Ministry of Rural Development that a plan for the transportation of ripened cheeses is in progress, which will be implemented under strict biosecurity conditions.
