Organic milk in Europe: Denmark leads convincingly, the EU is catching up, Bulgaria is just starting to move forward

Denmark In 2024, organic milk production in Denmark is approximately 635 million kg (2023: 689 million kg), which represents ~11% of the total milk production in the country.
