Last year, the company "Brain Box" presented its products at an innovative show as part of the Anuga exhibition in Germany. Participation in the exhibition allowed the company to seriously enter the export direction. The company plans to target the EU, USA, and Middle East markets. This was reported by the founder and owner of LLC "Brain Box" Maxim Natanzon, as reported by AgroPortal. It is noted that the company produces snacks from plant-based ingredients using low-temperature infrared drying technology, which preserves the maximum amount of nutrients and products. "In Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, there is an active formation of interest in functional food, and this must be used. Now 'Brain Box' is focusing on the EU market. It is difficult to enter European networks, they are reluctant to work with Ukrainian producers but are ready to buy through distributors," noted Maxim Natanzon.
