The largest share of supplies fell on dairy products and poultry eggs According to the Federal Customs Service of Russia, as of July 4, since the beginning of the year, 19.8 thousand tons of agricultural products worth USD 35.4 million have been imported to the Oryol Region. The largest share in the structure of regional imports (61.3% in value terms) is occupied by dairy products and bird eggs (nomenclature of goods subject to foreign trade code 04): 14.5 thousand tons were imported for USD 21.7 million. The suppliers were Belarus (14.4 thousand tons for USD 21.0 million) and France (0.1 thousand tons for USD 0.7 million). In the structure of this commodity group, 66.4% is accounted for by cheese and cottage cheese, 16.9% - by buttermilk, yoghurt and kefir, almost 7% - by butter and non-condensed milk and cream, 3.4% - by eggs of birds.
