Since the start of 2024, the seaports of Primorsky Krai in the Far Eastern fishery basin have received 433.3 thousand tons of various fish species, including pollock, herring, cod, and Pacific salmon, for circulation within Russia. By September 7, sea vessels had delivered 230.7 thousand tons of pollock, 148.7 thousand tons of herring, 17.2 thousand tons of cod, and 36.7 thousand tons of Pacific salmon. These ports play a crucial role as the transport and logistics hub for receiving fish and seafood catches and distributing them to other Russian regions.
