Over 446 thousand tons of grain and its processed products were exported in the Amur Region, Russia in 2020

In 2020, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Amur Region monitored the export shipment of over 446 thousand tons of grain and products of its processing, including about 395 thousand tons of soybeans, about 42 thousand tons of wheat and more than 27 thousand tons of soybean meal. Besides them, rapeseed and wheat flour were exported. Soybeans and soybean meal predominate in the structure of grain exports from the Amur Region. The main buyer is China, since the beginning of this year, about 200 thousand tons of soybeans, 14 thousand tons of soybean meal have been shipped to this country. Also, these products are of interest to Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Kazakhstan. In addition, grain and processed products were sent from the region for export: about 41.5 thousand tons of wheat, more than 5.5 thousand tons of corn, about 2.7 thousand tons of barley and 130 tons of oats - deliveries were made to the PRC.
