Over 7 tons of English oat flakes have not passed the phytosanitary control of the North-West Interregional Administration of the Rosselkhoznadzor, Russia

The products were planned to be sold in a Moscow store At the phytosanitary checkpoint Burachki, located in the Pskov region, the state inspector of the North-West Interregional Directorate of the Rosselkhoznadzor prohibited the import of 7.2 tons of oat flakes. The regulated products, originating from Great Britain, were transported by road from Latvia to the address of a Moscow retail store. During the quality control of the safety of grain and its processed products, an official of the department revealed a violation of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On food safety". In the test report for the declaration of conformity of products, there were no indicators of contamination and infestation of flakes by pests.
