Overview of producer prices for agricultural products in the Udmurt Republic

As of February 4, the average selling price of first-category chicken eggs was 75.50 RUB/dozen, and for second-category eggs, it was 61.10 RUB/dozen. The Udmurt branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for Agroanalysis" together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Udmurt Republic carries out weekly monitoring of the cost of agricultural products and food. Prices are analyzed from more than 100 large and medium-sized agricultural producers and processing enterprises in the region, which have a significant share in the output of certain types of products. As of February 4, the average price for beef in slaughter weight from Udmurt producers was 375,884.55 RUB/t, in live weight - 191,709.59 RUB/t; for pork in slaughter weight - 156,413.80 RUB/t, in live weight - 99,802.45 RUB/t; for broiler meat in slaughter weight - 161,684.00 RUB/t.
