Paraguay has shipped its first 72,000 kilos of high quality pork to Taiwan, marking a significant expansion in its pork export markets. The shipment, which includes ham, loin, and bacon, was made possible after Taiwan's government approved Paraguayan pork and designated the country as a potential market of 100 thousand tons, in addition to Spain, Canada, and the United States. This achievement, praised by the Taiwanese embassy and Paraguayan ministries and Rediex, highlights a collaborative effort to improve commercial ties and boost economic growth, backed by strict quality controls that benefit around 45 thousand families.
