This audit is expected to pass, given the positive expectations expressed by José Carlos Martin, president of Senacsa, and the upcoming USDA audit in Paraguay in July 2025. Substantial trade exists between Taiwan and Paraguay, with Taiwan being the second largest importer of Paraguayan beef and the main importer of Paraguayan pork in the first ten months of 2024. This development is particularly significant as it comes amidst expectations with the potential return of the Trump administration, which has a history of supporting Paraguayan meat exports.
