Peruvian pea exports experienced a 28% increase in volume and a 25% increase in value from January to November 2021, reaching a total of 10,520 tons valued at US $ 35 million. The United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands were the primary recipients of these exports. Despite the rise in supply, pea prices fell by 3% to US $ 3.34 per kilogram. The United States, with Full Fresh Produce Llc. as the main buyer, accounted for 44% of the exports, followed by the United Kingdom with 29% and the Netherlands with 24%.
