This is mainly due to the 30.5% increase in the export price of pepper over the first 11 months, reaching an average of 6,755 USD per ton. However, specifically in November, the export price of this commodity reached only 6,443 USD per ton, a decrease of 3.9% compared to the previous month and a decrease of 4.1% compared to November 2024. Thus, even though there is still one month left to end the year 2025, the export turnover of pepper has set a new record of 1.5 billion USD, surpassing the previous record of 1.43 billion USD for the entire year of 2016.
