As of March 18, 2024, pepper prices remained stable globally. In Indonesia, Lampung black pepper was priced at 4,169 USD/ton and Muntok white pepper at 6,171 USD/ton. Malaysia's Kuching ASTA black pepper was at 4,900 USD/ton and ASTA white pepper at 7,300 USD/ton. Brazil's ASTA 570 black pepper was 4,400 USD/ton. In Vietnam, black pepper grades 500 and 550 g/l were priced at 4,100 and 4,200 USD/ton respectively, and white pepper at 5,900 USD/ton. The domestic pepper market also remained stable, trading around 93,500 - 95,500 VND/kg.
