Peruvian mango exports recorded significant growth in 2025 compared to 2024, both in value and volume. The exported value rose from $434.9 million in 2024 to $524.8 million in 2025, while the volume increased from 239,694 tons to 355,967 tons. However, this greater dynamism was accompanied by a reduction in the average export price, which fell from $1.81/kg to $1.47/kg. According to Fresh Fruit, the average price of mango in 2025 remained systematically below that observed in 2024. While in that year the prices exceeded $2.5/kg during the first quarter, in 2025 the year started at $1.17/kg in January, with a partial recovery towards April-May (around $1.90-1.96/kg), but without reaching the levels of the previous year. Towards the end of the year, prices stabilized around $1.65-1.80/kg, confirming an environment of greater competition and lower negotiating power.
