Peru exports a total of 115 promising food and beverage products, including beans, Tahiti lime, pallares, cocoa paste, and clementines. Meanwhile, 55 products are considered stars, such as grapes, blueberries, avocados, and mangoes. The Head of Consulting and Projects at CIEN-ADEX Research Center emphasized the need for planning, collaboration between the public and private sectors, and protection of the exportable supply in order for Peru to become a prominent player in the international market.
