Peru has 115 promising products in the food and drink items

Of a total of 593 food and beverage products that Peru exports to the world, 115 are promising and their export takeoff can be promoted with planning supported by market intelligence and research and adequate public-private coordination, reported the Head of Consulting and Projects of the CIEN-ADEX Research Center for Global Economy and Business, Lizbeth Pumasunco. During his presentation 'Market opportunities and global trends in fruits', held within the framework of the keynote conferences at the Expoalimentaria 2023 fair, he mentioned that some of them are beans, Tahiti lime, pallares, cocoa paste and clementines.
