(Agraria.pe) Over the last 10 years, Peru's cocoa production has been growing at an average rate of 5% annually, reaching 180 thousand tons in 2024, noted the president of the Coffee and Cocoa Committee of the Association of Exporters (ADEX), José Antonio Mejía Polanco.
He said that last year, Peru's export of cocoa and derivatives amounted to nearly US$ 1.2 billion.
