Peru: MIDAGRI strengthens capabilities in Ucayali for the use of the Agro Digital application within the framework of the European regulation EUDR

The Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI), within the framework of the Strengthening Plan for the Integrated Agrarian Statistics System (SIEA) 2025, and as part of the line of action aimed at the geolocation of productive plots of coffee, cocoa, and palm to strengthen the access of producers to international markets of the Agrarian Producers Registry (PPA), held the Training Workshop "Use of the AgroDigital PPA Application", held in the district of Irazola, city of San Alejandro, Ucayali region. The activity brought together around 20 cocoa producers, who actively participated in practical sessions focused on the management of the Agro Digital PPA mobile application, a key tool for the registration, updating, and validation of productive information directly from the field.
