Peru significantly increases its export of green tea

From January to September of this year, Peru experienced a significant increase in green tea exports, with a total of 293,507 kilos valued at US$ 2,639,092, a marked rise from the 20,148 kilos exported in the same period of 2021 worth US$86,300. The primary destination for these exports was Chile, with transactions amounting to US$ 2.5 million, and the main exporter was SMA SAC, contributing US$ 2.6 million to the revenue.
