Between January and November 2024, Peruvian fresh blueberry exports reached a record high of US$ 2.1 billion, surpassing the US$ 1.715 billion of the previous year. This growth is due to stabilized production and high prices following climatic issues in the previous year. In November 2024 alone, exports totaled 80,311 tons for US$ 387 million, with the United States being the primary market. China also saw significant growth in imports, leading to a decrease in average price. Most exports were sent by sea, with major ports including Euroandino Port Terminals, DP World, and APM Terminals.
