Philippines: Pork imports increased in 2025

In 2025, pork imports from the Philippines increased by 16%, reaching a total of 851.76 million kg, according to data from the Animal Production Association. Of this volume, 42% corresponded to cuts of pork and 31% to offal. Brazil was the main supplier of pork to the Philippines in 2025, representing 40% of the market share. Pork exports to the Philippines increased by 60% compared to 2024. Canada came in second, with 9% of the market share, although its volume of exports to the Philippines decreased by 16% compared to the previous year.
