In Vinh Chau town, Soc Trang province, the Khmer ethnic community has begun cultivating white radish, a crop suitable for the region's loose soil and rainy conditions. The crop, which aligns with the Lunar New Year, is easy to grow, requires low investment, and offers stable output. It is also used to make salted radishes, providing a source of income for many households. Additionally, the province is promoting five brands of ambrosia, a unique local product, on its e-commerce platform.
