The data from the European Statistical Office shows that Poland experienced a notable increase in cheese production, from 721 thousand tons in 2012 to 976 thousand tons in 2023. Meanwhile, Germany maintained its position as the top cheese producer, followed by France and Italy, although France's production figures saw a slight decrease compared to the previous year.
