The global poultry market is expected to grow due to increasing demand, particularly in China, the European Union, the USA, and Brazil, despite slow production growth. In the European Union, the supply and demand situation has been influenced by avian influenza outbreaks, restrictions on catering and hotel facilities, and increased feed prices. Despite these challenges, Polish poultry exports to EU countries and non-EU countries with fewer restrictions increased by about 12%. However, high stocks of poultry products have led to a significant reduction in imports.
