Pork imports into Ukraine increased almost 13-fold in the 11 months of 2025.

According to the results of January-November 2025, the volume of pork imports into Ukraine reached 28.4 thousand tons. This is almost 13 times more than in the same period of 2024, reports "ProAgro Group." In monetary terms, pork imports also increased 12.9 times, amounting to $70.8 million over 11 months of 2025. The main supplying countries became Denmark, accounting for 57.9% of total imports, Poland (19%), and the Netherlands (7.9%). The volume of Ukrainian pork exports in January-November 2025 decreased by 21.4% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 2.2 thousand tons. The value of exported products during this period decreased by 4.3%, reaching $6.6 million. The largest markets for Ukrainian pork remain the United Arab Emirates (33.9% of the total export volume), Hong Kong (16.9%), and Bahrain (16.6%).
