Netherlands: Potato processing back to pre-corona level

In February 2020, the industry processed 332,000 tons of potatoes. A month later, when the corona crisis was already spreading, that was 291,000 tons. In the past 12 months, the Dutch chip manufacturers processed a total of 3.39 million tons of potatoes. That is 11.5 percent less than in the 12 months (April 2019 to March 2020) before that.
