According to East-Fruit, this week the potato and carrot market remained stable only in Moldova and Belarus, while in other countries the prices were revised, and, in some cases, quite significantly. Thus, the main event of the week on the potato market was another price cut in Poland, where at the end of the reporting period these products were offered from $ 0.05 / kg, and at their maximum prices did not exceed $ 0.13 / kg. Polish producers of carrots were also forced to significantly reduce prices, which were already in the range of $ 0.22-0.35 / kg. Meanwhile, in Russia, potato growers, on the contrary, were able to slightly raise prices despite the ongoing harvesting campaign, and carrots, as in Poland, fell in price, although less significantly. At the end of the week, you could buy potatoes and carrots on the Russian market at $ 0.12-0.20 / kg and $ 0.20-0.27 / kg, respectively.
