Poultry meat exports in Paraguay: Revenues grow by 2% despite lower shipments in 2024

During the first months of 2024, total poultry meat shipments generated 2% more revenue compared to the same period of the previous year. However, a decrease in the volume exported in this period will be observed compared to 2023, according to data provided by the National Service for Quality and Animal Health (Senacsa). From January to November, revenue from total poultry meat shipments was US$ 10 million, 2% higher than the figure obtained in the same period of the previous year, when US$ 9 million was collected. The Senacsa bulletin indicates that, from January to November 2024, the total volume of poultry meat exports was 6,087 tons. This figure reflects a decrease of 7% compared to the same period in 2023, when total shipments reached 6,556 tons Offal.
