The price of eggs in the wholesale market is 80 pounds per carton, and the price of local eggs is 78 pounds per carton, while the price of red eggs is 85 pounds per carton. These prices do not include transportation costs and merchant profits, which vary regionally and by market, leading to different poultry prices across governorates.
