In the first quarter, our selling price in the Chinese market was about 20% higher than the average export price of the same size from Norway, which indicates that our strategy for the Chinese market is fruitful. Our goal is to achieve a higher premium over the price of imported salmon." Thorud also mentioned that the Ningbo base, while expanding its production capacity, has not found any signs of early maturity, with a mortality rate maintained at around 2%, and 99% of the output being high-quality salmon.
