On the export market for soybeans, there was a strengthening of prices, which was due to active demand and high competition between companies against the backdrop of limited supply of this crop from the domestic market of Ukraine, writes APK-Inform. At the same time, on the world market, factors prevailed that caused pressure on prices: slow procurement rates of soybeans by China from the USA, a decrease in export duties on soybeans and processed products in Argentina, as well as optimistic expectations regarding the new soybean crop in Brazil. In Ukrainian ports, the prices for soybean demand were quoted within the range of 420-428 USD/t CPT-port. On the export market for soybean meal, the increase in prices has so far been suspended against the backdrop of slowing demand, but adjustments were observed within the already formed range.
