[Hankuk Nong-eom-in Newspaper, Reporter Gu Jeong-min] The government and Jeollabuk-do Special Self-Governing Province have decided to foster young food companies as a key growth axis of the K-Food industry. On the 5th, at the Iksan National Food Cluster Youth Food Startup Center, with the Prime Minister, related ministries, and representatives of young companies in attendance, discussions were held on strengthening the global competitiveness of K-Food and support measures for young companies. This meeting included five young food companies: Medipresso, Localworks, Baekgyeong Distillery, Dagyeok, and Bi-eungdo Lighthouse, which shared their product development processes, growth stories, and challenges. Through the center's step-by-step support, including technical support, testing and analysis, package production, and expanding overseas sales channels, actual business implementation is expected.
