In order of importance by sales, the category with the highest value representativeness in the analysis period is frozen (34%), then dehydrated (25.7%), followed by preserves (18.2%), juices (17.6 %) and, finally, oils (4.5%). When comparing with the same period of the previous year, only oils registered a decrease in their sales, equivalent to a drop of 4%. The other categories register increases in their commercialization, highlighting the increase in the value of juices (43%) and frozen foods (14%). According to categories, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries stand out for their higher sales in the Frozen segment, with sales of USD 143.6 million, USD 143 million FOB and 77 million FOB respectively, with shipments mainly to the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan.
