Vietnam: Ly Son garlic output is only 30%

Ly Son District in Vietnam is grappling with a significant decrease in garlic prices due to weather conditions during the winter-spring sowing season, resulting in crop losses. The current price range is 40,000-50,000 VND/kg. The low prices are also attributed to traders adulterating Ly Son garlic with other types, breaking consumer trust. In response, the District People's Committee is strengthening promotion efforts and enhancing market management to improve the value and market standing of Ly Son garlic.
