The Piraziz Fisheries Cooperative in Turkey has been engaging in the intensive hunting of bonito fish for over 40 days, with the season starting on September 1. This year's bonito hunting has been the most abundant on record, with the fish currently in dense numbers across the Black Sea, particularly in the Eastern Black Sea. The largest bonito caught weighed 1.5 kilograms, and it is expected to grow larger, potentially reaching over 2 kilograms. The hunting is expected to continue as long as the weather permits.
