The result corresponds to the difference between the price received by the producer, determined by Deral, and the estimated production cost by Embrapa Swine and Poultry. The performance occurs after a period of average losses of R$ 0.36/kg in 2021 and R$ 0.97/kg in 2022. From 2023, there was a gradual recovery, with an average annual margin of R$ 0.24/kg, advancing to R$ 0.73/kg in 2024.
