The European Commission will provide 50 million euros to restore the Ukrainian port infrastructure that was damaged by Russian attacks. The funding aims to support the export of agricultural products and ensure that Ukraine, despite the war, can continue to feed the world. Lithuania will also allocate 2 million euros and increase transit capacity to assist Ukrainian exports, while warships will be provided to protect grain transportation in the Black Sea. Additionally, Ukraine has begun evacuating truck drivers stuck at the border due to a strike by Polish carriers.
