Researcher Kim Yong-seok from Gangwon Province wins the Special Prize in Fisheries at the World Agricultural and Fisheries Technology Awards.

Gangwon Province announced that Kim Yong-seok, a marine fisheries researcher (test team leader) from the Provincial Inland Water Resources Center, was the sole public servant to receive the Special Award for Meritorious Service in the field of aquaculture technology at the 31st World Agricultural and Fisheries Technology Awards ceremony held recently at the Korea Press Center International Conference Hall.
