Russian large retail chains have experienced a decrease in coffee prices in stores despite a global surge due to weather conditions and inflation, with the price increase being smoothed out by retailers. Over the past year, purchasing prices for coffee have risen by an average of 20%, but the increase in retail prices did not exceed 10%. There has been a shift in consumer preference towards ready-made coffee, with sales growing by more than 20%. Both grain coffee and ready-made coffee blends continue to be in high demand in Russia.
