The climate bulletin released by NOAA this week points to the continuation of the La Niña phenomenon until the end of the year, albeit at a weak intensity. This scenario tends to favor an increase in rainfall, particularly in soybean-producing areas of the Southeast, Midwest, and Matopiba, with a focus on the second half of November, a crucial period for soybean planting. For the South of Brazil, there are no indications of late frosts. However, the forecast shows that temperatures should be slightly lower in states such as Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, as well as São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul.
