As of February 4, the average selling price of chicken meat was 217.1 RUB/kg, and for boiled pork it was 208.2 RUB/kg. According to the departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, conducted among large and medium agricultural producers and processing enterprises in the region, as of February 4 in the Primorsky Krai the following prices are observed. On the market for milk and dairy products, the cost of raw milk from agricultural producers averaged 50.1 RUB/kg. The price of drinking pasteurized milk with 3.2% fat at processing enterprises was 133.1 RUB/kg, and for cheeses it was 653.7 RUB/kg. The average price of Primorsky producers for pork by slaughter weight was 208.2 RUB/kg, and for chicken meat, including broiler chickens, by slaughter weight it was 217.1 RUB/kg.
