"RusAgro" plans to build an oil extraction plant in the Orenburg region.

The site for the future enterprise has been chosen as Sorochinsk — a city in the Orenburg region, where the company already operates a grain elevator. The reception, drying, and storage of raw materials will be carried out on the existing infrastructure, while the new plant is being built from scratch and is expected to provide a complete production cycle for the processing of oilseeds. The project involves the construction of two production buildings: the preparation and pressing shop (PPC) and the oil extraction shop (OES). The PPC will include the crushing and sieving departments, an oil hydration section, as well as granulating of meal and hulls. The OES will include an extraction line with solvent recovery systems, a benzene trap, and a solvent storage facility. The total content of flammable liquids in the technological process must not exceed 199 tons — this parameter directly determines the industrial hazard category of the facility.
