In the first half of the year, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, the shipment of pork to Serbia and Armenia increased by 4 times, and Vietnam almost doubled. A significant increase in the export of pig products to the markets of Hong Kong, Mongolia, and Belarus was noted. In total, pork was delivered abroad by 12% more than in six months of last year. The shipment of small cattle meat from Russia increased almost 3 times. Iran is the main importer. According to the results of six months of 2023, there was a 22% increase in exports of horse meat and 34% of meat edible by-products. Traditionally, the volumes of supplies of poultry meat remain the highest. The largest buyer is China, Vietnam, Benin, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Uzbekistan are increasing their imports. Beef exports remain stable, mainly to China, Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan.
