Russia has been granted permission to export cattle and genetic material to Iran, following an agreement on veterinary certificates for pedigree cattle, bull semen, and cattle embryos with Iran's Ministry of Agricultural Jihad. Exports to Iran will be permitted only after compliance with the certificate requirements and inclusion in the Cerberus information system's list of eligible exporters.
