At deep-water ports, the road-to-port price for fourth-grade wheat with 12.5% protein dropped to 15,600–15,800 rubles/ton (excluding VAT), down by about 200 rubles from the previous week; the railway delivery price fell to 16,000 rubles/ton. Shallow-water port prices are lower, at 14,500–14,700 rubles/ton, with a weekly drop of 250 rubles. Prices in the southern regions remain at 13,900–14,500 rubles/ton, while in the Volga and central regions, they are stable at 12,000–12,500 rubles/ton.
