Russian farmers' market for fresh berries means return on investment

The Moscow region berry farm will double the area under raspberries and strawberries, as the demand for high-quality berries is growing. The production enterprise, located in the Naro-Fominsk urban district, is increasing its berry production capacity. This season, the enterprise has already harvested more than 140 tons of strawberries, more than 100 tons of raspberries and 100 tons of blackberries. Collection volumes increased significantly compared to last year, amounting to an increase of 20%. This was announced by the Deputy Government of the Moscow Region, in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Georgy Filimonov.
