Since 2025, Kamchatka has been exporting its aquatic products to China and South Korea. The export volume to China is around 700 tons, with over 106 tons being fish meal, and the total export volume to South Korea is over 28 tons. These products have obtained 31 veterinary certificates. The Russian Federal Fisheries Agency directed by Ilya Shestakov announced China as the primary export market for Russian fish and seafood, contributing to 50% of the total exports.
