Russian researchers reveal the secrets of the unique char from Dog Lake

The project, led by Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Mikhail Gladyshev, is introducing Putorana char into aquaculture with the aim of producing fish with unique nutritional properties. Aquaculture is the most rational way to use the fish resources of Arctic lakes, since industrial fishing in these lakes is limited or impossible.
