According to data released by Mapa, there has been a 47.5% increase in resources since the beginning of the current government. The new harvest also brings lower interest rates, with emphasis on basic food basket items such as rice, beans, milk, and vegetables, which will have financing with an annual rate of just 3%. Products from socio-biodiversity and agroecology, such as açaí, Brazil nuts, and organic products, will have an even lower rate of 2% per year.
