Health authorities are verifying the market withdrawal of at least one batch of TUC salty biscuits (Jacobs brand) sold in Andalusia, Catalonia, Murcia, the Balearic Islands, and the Valencian Community for containing milk not included in the Spanish labeling due to an error in the translation of the ingredients. The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (Aesan) has specified that these are the TUC cracker sour cream and onion biscuits, batch number 0SZ0953751, with a best before date of 30/06/2026 and in 100-gram packages, although the warning applies to any other batch of this product in which milk is not listed as an ingredient. As a precautionary measure, people with an allergy or intolerance to milk components who may have the product are advised to refrain from consuming it until its consumption poses no risk to the rest of the population.
