The National Authority for Health and Safety in Fisheries and Aquaculture (Sanipes) strengthened the capabilities of 170 artisanal fishermen from the regions of Piura and Ica on topics of health regulations, quality, and safety, contributing to the supply of safe hydrobiological products for Peruvian families. "Our commitment is that every fisherman and aquaculturist in the country has the necessary tools to guarantee safe and quality food.
